Learn to cook one of our favorite Indian Vegetarian dishes: Saag Paneer with Cilantro Rice. Plus, garlic naan to add authenticity to any dish.
This class is Gluten Free w/ the exception of the Naan. Please reach out to inform us of any dietary restrictions at least 72 hours in advance. We will make accommodations when possible.
Reception begins at 5:45 p.m. where you will receive a complimentary Braise Bite and a drink. Class will begin at 6 p.m. in our culinary school!
Cost: $75 per person
Time: 5:45 p.m. arrival / 6 p.m. class begins
Class Length: 2 hours
Note: Classes are geared for 2 people per shared station (each person does need their own ticket, however). Students booking individually will be paired to work with a partner.

*A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one weeks cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
