Learn the differences between shio, shoyu, and miso Ramen. We will be making shoyu ramen in class, which will include: broth, tare, noodles, chashu (Japanese braised pork belly), and marinated eggs. We will touch on the regional variations of ramen and toppings!
Please reach out to inform us of any dietary restrictions at least 72 hours in advance. We will make accommodations when possible. This class is DF.
Reception begins at 5:45 p.m. where you will receive a complimentary bite and a drink. The class will begin at 6 p.m. in our culinary school!

Note: Classes are geared for 2 people per shared station (each person does need their own ticket, however). Students booking individually will be paired to work with a partner.
Location: Classes are held at Braise Culinary School, located at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53204.

*A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one week’s cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone to replace your spot. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
