Discover the complex flavors of Moles, commonly found in Puebla and Oaxaca. Discover the 7 moles from Oaxaca while making a Mole Negro accompanied by fresh tortillas & sour slaw. Learn the 5 major components of moles and how to accomplish this laborious dish in your own kitchen!
Reception begins at 5:45 p.m. where you will receive a complimentary Braise Bite and a drink. The class will begin at 6 p.m. in our culinary school!

Note: Classes are geared for 2 people per shared station (each person does need their own ticket, however). Students booking individually will be paired to work with a partner.

*A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one week’s cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone to replace your spot. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
