Learn how to chop like a pro! Taught are knife sharpening basics, how to hold a knife, and the techniques to make the most mundane jobs a breeze!

Please bring your own knives to use for this class. A chef knife and paring knife will be needed but please feel free to bring your whole knife set.

Time: 5:45 p.m. arrival / 6 p.m. class begins

Class Length: 2 hours

Cost: $75 per ticket

Note: Classes are geared for 2 people per shared station. Students booking individually will be paired to work with a partner.

Classes are held at Braise Culinary School, located at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53204.

*A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one week’s cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone to replace your spot. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
