Plan your Dinner party and do the prep at Braise!

In this workshop, Instructor Kara Reske will teach students how to tie and season beef tenderloin for a party of 4, sending home tenderloin with instructions for grilling or roasting.  In class, students will also prepare chimichurri and polenta cakes to accompany the meal.

Recipes and ingredients included as well as Bottle Pairing Samples.

Ready made options will be available to purchase day of to complete your meal:

Wine Bottle Pairings, Bread and Dessert.

Note: This workshop has a max guest count of 6 students and each student will work at their own station.

Location: Classes are held at Braise Culinary School, located at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53204.
