Topic: Miso Cod w/ Soba noodles & Vegetable Slaw

Plan your Dinner party and do the prep at Braise!

In this workshop, Instructor Kara Reske will guide students through preparing an Asian inspired meal for 4 to take home and serve over the weekend.  Instruction includes seasoning cod and preparing soba noodles and salad.  Everyone goes home with instructions to grill/bake cod and serve meal.

Recipes and ingredients included as well as Bottle Pairing Samples.

Ready made options will be available to purchase day of to complete your meal:

Wine Bottle Pairings, Bread and Dessert.

Note: This workshop has a max guest count of 6 students and each student will work at their own station.

Location: Classes are held at Braise Culinary School, located at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53204.

*A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one week’s cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
