Learn this iconic dish of India; a crowd favorite, Chicken Tikka Masala.
Chicken Tikka Masala is a curried dish made with boneless chicken breast along with ground spices, tomatoes, garlic, & yogurt to create a red, delicious sauce. Plus, jeera rice & garlic naan adds authenticity to any dish.
Please reach out to inform us of any dietary restrictions at least 72 hours in advance. We will make accommodations when possible. This class is Gluten Free w/ the exception of the Naan Bread.
The class will begin at 6 pm but please arrive around 5:45 to enjoy a complimentary bite & drink before classes start.

Note: Classes are geared for 2 people per shared station (each person does need their own ticket, however). Students booking individually will be paired to work with a partner.
Classes are held at Braise Culinary School, located at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI.

*A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one week’s cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone to replace your spot. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
