One of the more popular Mexican dishes! You will learn how to make chicken tamales along with tomatillo salsa & sour slaw. Learn about the traditional flavors and how to make them your own!

Reception begins at 5:45 p.m. where you will receive a complimentary Braise Bite and a drink. The class will begin at 6 p.m. in our culinary school!

Note: Classes are geared for 2 people per shared station (each person does need their own ticket, however). Students booking individually will be paired to work with a partner.

*A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one week’s cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone to replace your spot. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
