Exploring the specialty of the Languedoc region of France. Learn the differences of the three major cassoulets. Making cassoulet from scratch, including duck confit, pork sausages, and stock culminating in the quintessential fall and winter dish.

Reception begins at 5:45 p.m. where you will receive a complimentary Braise Bite and a drink. Class will begin at 6 p.m. in our culinary school!
Cost: $75 per person
Time: 5:45 p.m. arrival / 6 p.m. class begins
Class Length: 2 hours
Note: Classes are geared for 2 people per shared station (each person does need their own ticket, however). Students booking individually will be paired to work with a partner.
Location: Classes are held at Braise Culinary School, located at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53204.

*A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one weeks cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
