How long is a typical class?

Most classes last around 2 hours. Semester at Braise classes last approximately 3 hours.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

No problem at all! We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare accordingly.

Is it possible to make a dinner reservation after attending a class at Braise?

Why certainly! We recommend making the reservation ahead of time. This way we know you are in the building and will have your table ready for you when class ends.

Is the school handicapped accessible?

Yes, we have a handicapped entrance on the west side of our building. Please notify us when you purchase a ticket to a class.

Can my child attend a class with me?

Yes, children can attend classes. Each guest must sign a waiver for hands-on classes, therefore a parent or guardian needs to sign for any person under 18 years of age. 

Can you reserve the culinary school for private class?

Yes, we offer hands on or demonstration style private classes. We will work with you to design the class topic of your choice! If you are interested in booking a private class please email dining@braiselocalfood.com

Please note there is a 6 person and/or $400 minimum.

How do I purchase tickets to a culinary school class?

Tickets can be purchased on our website. If you would like to purchase tickets using a gift card please email: info@braiselocalfood.com or call 414-212-8843. 

Is there a cancelation policy?

Yes, there is. We have a 7-day cancellation policy unless otherwise specified in the cart.
