A wide selection of single session classes are available. Ranging from classic techniques such as Knife Skills or Stocks & Sauces to cuisine specific classes like Mexican Street Food or Hearty Soups. These hands-on workshops are designed to broaden the culinary horizons of any at-home chef.
Classes are taught by chef/owner Dave Swanson. Advanced reservations are required to attend.
Semester At Braise
Semester at Braise is a 10-week culinary boot camp that covers the fundamentals of cooking, baking, menu planning & wine pairing.
Each student receives a textbook, chef coat and apron. The course culminates with a Graduation Dinner in which the students prepare a 4-course meal for their family and friends alongside the Braise chefs.
Private Classes
Perfect for team building or a unique party experience, private classes are available starting at $75 per person. This hands-on experience can be customized to suit the interests of your group.
Classes can also be paired with dinner. Your hands-on class will teach you to prepare dishes. Later during a private dinner, these dishes will be served to your party.
