Join us in this instructor led workshop for graduates of 201 which focus on menu planning & preparation. Students will collaborate to create a menu item which will be featured on the Braise menu.

Workshop includes Recipe Development, Preparation of Test Plates for Chef Approval & Student Tasting. The recipe will be featured on the Braise menu the following Wednesday/Thursday evening. Students will receive a voucher to come back and enjoy a dish from the menu.

Focus will be on customizing common menu items and utilizing season ingredients in Braise Style.
