4 Chefs, a Farmer, & a Pig

Join us from Braise's 6th annual pig event! A pig will be prepared by four chefs, each taking a section of the beast and performing their culinary magic. Set at Golden Bear Farm, we'll dine outside as the sun sets.
Enjoy a beverage before dinner with Farmers Steve & Marie Deibele as they provide a tour of their farm and introduce you to their pigs. Prepare for some of the piglets to nibble on your shoe!
We'll pair each of the four courses with local micro brews; oh yeah- we'll even put pig in the dessert!
$70 per person includes dinner and drinks.
